From 9 September, Eurail will become Interrail, welcoming travellers from around the world into the same community under one name.
Over the years, people have travelled under two names: Eurail for travellers living outside Europe and Interrail for European residents.
It’s a new chapter for Eurail. But the idea behind it hasn’t changed. The Pass has always been about more than getting from A to B. You hop on a train in one country, cross borders and arrive in another. And arrive home with countless memories.
So, a new name for the same journey. Nothing else is changing, only the name.
An Interrail pass is one of the best ways to travel through Europe. You can explore up to 33 European countries by train choosing your own route. And you have the flexibility to stay longer when you feel like and get to experience Europe beyond the obvious places.
